- Find a safe spot to park your vehicle first. - After you’ve lifted the car from the ground, it’s time to remove the lug nuts and then pull the tyre out from the vehicle. Ensure that you keep the lug nuts in a safe place so that they don’t get lost or misplaced. The tyre should be pulled in a straight line to be removed from the wheelbase.?
- Now you have to place your spare car tyre into the wheelbase and then proceed to line up the lug nuts with the holes in the spare tyre. Push the spare tyre all the way, inside the wheelbase, so that it gets fitted snugly.?
- Go ahead and then re-seal the lug nuts. Make sure that you don?t screw them too tightly, but the pressure should be enough to ensure that they remain in their place.?
