Our eyes are affected by irregular eating and small everyday mistakes. Many times, due to these small mistakes, glasses on the eyes, weak eyesight, cataract in the eyes or blindness comes.

Pranayama

With the practice of Anulom Vilom, you can keep your eyes healthy, for this, first of all sit in a flat place. Both your waist and neck should be straight. Now close your eyes. Now take your right hand on the nostril. Now keeping your middle fingers straight, close the right nostril with the thumb and exhale slowly out through the left nostril. After exhaling, now start inhaling through the left nostril.

After inhaling, close the left nostril with the help of fingers and remove the thumb from the right nostril and exhale slowly through the right nostril, repeat this process for 3 to 5 minutes. By doing this asana, mental stress is removed, the tiredness of the eyes is removed and the light increases.

Yogasana

Sit in Padmasana, Siddhasana, Sukhasana or on a chair. If you want, you can do this yoga even while standing upright. For this, standing or sitting upright, spread the right arm straight in front of you. Now close the fist of this hand and point the thumb straight upwards.

Now focus both the eyes on the front thumb. Come back to the previous position, keeping the eyelids centered on the thumb for a comfortable period without blinking. Practice this action 2-3 times.

Exercise

Eyes can also be kept fine by some easy exercises, you can do this exercise anywhere sitting or standing. For this, close your eyes for a minute and then open it and move the eyes in a clockwise direction 10 times in circular motions. Now rotate it in the same way in an anti-clockwise direction. You can do this exercise very beneficial for the eyes, sitting in the office, at any place.

Sarvangasana

Sarvangasana is beneficial for the eyes as well as the heart and all parts of the body, that is why it is called Sarvangasana, to do this, lie down on the ground on your back. Now slowly raise both the legs off the ground and make a right angle. Now lift your buttocks and waist above the ground and bring your torso and legs to 90 degrees from the neck. Keep your hands on your waist so that there is support and you do not fall. Stay in this position for a while. After that slowly come back to the earlier position.

Tratakasana

This posture removes all the problems of the eyes. It is done in the dark so night time is better for this. To do this during the day, close the room and make it dark. Now light a candle in the room and sit in front of the candle in the posture of Pranayama. Now without blinking, stare at the candle. After this, close the eyes and chant Om in a medium tone and then open the eyes. Do this process at least 3 times, at the end rub your palms together and then open the eyes while touching the eyes with that warm palm.
